On June 2, 2020, Boubacar Diallo, our Financial Inclusion / Education Specialist West Africa, participated in the FinDev Gateway webinar on the impact of Covid-19 on financial inclusion in West Africa. During the webinar, three regional players in inclusive finance discussed the impact of the pandemic on their sector of activity, good practices implemented to protect their employees and their customers, as well as solutions to mitigate the crisis.
